Lung compliance. Lung compliance (CL) during 2 hours of isolated buffer-perfused rabbit lungs following 120 min of warm hypoxic ischaemia, except for control animals. Rabbits of group A (●) had no pressure-controlled reperfusion (PCR), whereas rabbits of group B (△) had 5, C (◇) 15 or D (○) 30 minutes of PCR, respectively.
