ES > 1.3-fold (equivalent to non-log scale 0.05) was considered as statistical significance, mean that the gene cluster was significantly enriched in analysis list. P-value (or called EASE score, for individual term members): To examine the significance of gene–term enrichment with a modified Fisher’s exact test (EASE score). P <0.05 was considered as statistical significance.
