There was no statistical significance noted in ischemia between laser and control patients using the holmium laser (p = 0.27). b Ho:YAG: myocardial perfusion up to 12 months. An increase in myocardial perfusion was determined between laser treatment and control groups, however this effect was not statistically significant using the holmium laser system (p = 0.06)
