The microscopic features of pulmonary nodule obtained by percutaneous lung biopsy in a patient with granulomatous vasculitis (GPA). There are more infiltrating lymphocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils in fibrous tissues. Granulomas composed of tissue cells and inflammatory cells are also visible.
