Significant differences were observed in the expression of p-ERK1/2 among the group Con, the group SS1, and the group SS1+U0126 (p < 0.001), and significant differences were observed in the expression of p-p38 among the group Con, the group SS1, and the group SS1+ PD98059 (p < 0.001). No significant differences were recorded among the 7 groups with regard to the expression of ERK1/2 and p38, respectively (p = 0.554 and p = 0271, respectively)
