The patients previously underwent bilateral axillofemoral bypass due to Leriche syndrome. Postoperative CTA examination shows occlusion of the infrarenal abdominal aorta, bilateral internal iliac artery, external iliac artery, and bilateral superficial femoral artery. The deep femoral artery is well compensated, and the bilateral collateral circulation is unobstructed
