After clamping the abdominal aorta below renal arteries, an arterial segment was removed (a). The vein graft was interposed into the recipient aorta starting with the distal suture (b). The first interrupted suture concerned the posterior wall of the graft (c) then the anterior wall was better exposed (d). Pulling down from the graft exposed the posterior suture (e). The proximal anastomosis was performed with posterior interrupted sututre (f) then the anterior suture (g). Torsion of the graft was performed to expose the posterior wall and to finalize the suture (h). The clamps were removed and the patency of the graft was confirmed by recoloring the lower extremities (i)
