Two hundred and twenty-one patients with acute type A aortic dissection who underwent open surgical repair combined with triple-branched stent graft implantation were selected from 260 patients based on the exclusion criteria, and they were divided into two groups: patients with POD (n = 31) and patients without POD (n = 190).
