The subcellular location of SCIRT in HAOSMCs and the direct interaction between SCIRT and miR-146a. Subcellular fractionation assay was done to explore the subcellular location of SCIRT in HAOSMCs. Similar to GAPDH, SCIRT was detected in both nuclear and cytoplasm samples of HAOSMCs (A). IntaRNA 2.0 was applied to predict the interaction between SCIRT and miR-146a (B).
