CircMMP11 overexpression increased the proliferation of Calu-3 and H2170 cells via miR-143. CCK-8 assay was performed to analyze the roles of circMMP11 and miR-143 in the proliferation of both Calu-3 and H2170 cells. Cell proliferation was monitored every 24 h until 96 h by measuring the OD values at 450 nm. *p < 0.05
