From: Esophageal cancer with a double aortic arch: a case report and literature review

There was no brachiocephalic artery, and both the right common carotid artery and the right subclavian artery separately originated from the right aortic arch (RAA), and the left carotid arteries and subclavian arteries originated from the left aortic arch (LAA). The esophagus was displaced forward by the distal junction of both aortic arches and the descending aorta on the right side of the front of the thoracic vertebrae.
