2b,c: The ring is sutured on the annulus. The two needles of the double armed neo-chordae were passed through the posterior leaflet of the mitral valve and then through the yellow loops of the guiding system of the ring
2d: The neo-chordae sutures are tied and the needles are cut just above the nodes
