(a) Selective injection of the left subclavian artery through a brachial artery catheter shows a well-functioning carotido-subclavian bypass and faint retrograde opacification of the proximal left subclavian artery and aneurismal sac (arrow), suggesting a type II endoleak. (b) After coil embolisation (arrowhead), there is no more opacification of both the proximal left subclavian artery and the small type II endoleak.
