Changes of perioperative platelets activation level. Platelets count decreased significantly at the end of CPB (T2) and increased from T3 to T6 (P < 0.05). Mean platelet volume (MPV) increased at T2 and then back to normal gradually (P < 0.05). MPV/platelet count increased significantly at T2 and decreased from T3 to T6 (P < 0.05). *P < 0.05 vs. T1.
