The ‘extent’ of atherosclerotic stenosis was quantified by a score as follows: 0, normal with no abnormality; 1, the length of the atherosclerotic stenosis was < 10% of each classified coronary artery; 2, the length was between 10 and 50%; and 3, the length was > 50%
