Estimated changes in ROTEM values by age groups. Estimated changes were predicted marginal means from generalized estimation equation models for HEPTEM MCF, HEPTEM CT, and FIBTEM MCF, and generalized linear mixed models for HEPTEM Alpha. A negative change indicates a decrease in the ROTEM value from before to after an intervention, whereas a positive change indicates an increase in the ROTEM value from before to after the intervention. The change is not significant if the 95% confidence interval crossed 0. Pairwise comparisons of changes in ROTEM values were performed by age groups using 95% confidence intervals. Age groups with significant difference were marked in red. CT, clotting time; MCF, maximum clot firmness.
