AAD 3.7 cm. The patient presented with aortic prosthesis endocarditis and aortic root abscess 10 months after the first operation. He underwent redo surgery with aortic annulus reconstruction and AVR. The patient was discharged on chronic dialysis and died 4 months later due to refractory heart failure.
