Comparison of the outcomes between the modified Y-graft technique using FAB and modified Y-graft technique using FAB and OSCA. The 28 patients who underwent modified Y-graft technique using FAB+OSCA had an operative mortality of 7.1% and the morbidity of neurological dysfunction was 3.6% (b), and these data were statistically equal to the patients who underwent only FAB.
