The experiments programs on aged mice. Mice were divided into 5 groups. Control group: mice received tail vein injections of dsAVV9-GFP for 5 weeks, and then the chest of the mice was open without left coronary artery (LCA) ligation; M3 group: mice received tail vein injections of dsAVV9-GFP for 5 weeks and then subjected to the LCA ligation and sacrificed 3 days later; M3 + Sfrp1 group: mice received tail vein injections of dsAVV9-Sfrp1 for 5 weeks and then subjected to the LCA ligation and were sacrificed 3 days later; M7 group: mice received tail vein injections of dsAVV9-GFP for 5 weeks and then received the LCA ligation and were sacrificed 7 days later; M7+ Sfrp1 group: mice received tail vein injections of dsAVV9-Sfrp1 for 5 weeks and then subjected to the LCA ligation and were sacrificed 7 days later
