Extralobar sequestration (Asterisk) was seen in the left lower lobe, and the arterial supply of the pulmonary sequestration was detected preoperatively via the thorax CT (Fig. 3a). VATS resection was performed. Arterial blood supply (Black arrows) from the aorta was seen intraoperatively and dissected with an endoscopic vascular stapler (Fig. 3b).
