In the coronary angiography, a, b, c and d points were marked respectively from the distal to the proximal of LAD. The culprit lesion was located from b to d, which are wrapped with myocardial bridge. The coronary blood fractional flow reserve (FFR) was performed. After maximal congestion with adenosine, the pressure at point a and b were both 0.36 (normal value > 0.8), the pressure at point c was 0.50, and the pressure at point d was 0.96
