In (a) and (b), thorax CT images of the cavitary lesion located in the left lower lobe are observed. In this patient who was operated with a preliminary diagnosis of hydatid cyst, the diagnosis was made as squamous cell carcinoma and lobectomy was performed. (c) and (d) show a cavitary lesion located in the right upper lobe. In this patient, squamous cell lung cancer was diagnosed intraoperatively, and upper lobectomy was performed
