A, B Coronary angiography demonstrated normal left coronary artery blood flow and tortuously dilated right coronary artery. C–N Preoperative computed tomography angiography revealed that the whole course of RCA was severely dilated, tortuous RCA and abnormally fistulized to the posterior and inferior aspects of coronary sinus. The widest dimension of RCA was about 2 cm. Imaging findings also indicated the presence of persistent left superior vena cava (LPSV)
