Reasons for exclusion were pulmonary valve stenosis with interventional surgery (1 case), congenital diaphragmatic hernia (1 case), endocardial fibrosis (1 case), congenital tracheal stenosis (1 case) and aortic valve stenosis with interventional surgery (1 case). These 5 patients did not have CHD.
