Sudden massive hemoptysis (about 600ml) of unknown cause. Contrast-enhanced CT showed a pseudoaneurysm of the left inferior pulmonary artery. A. The distal pulmonary artery (white arrow) of the left lower lobe of the lung was superselected with a microcatheter.
