(A) A CT taken 10 years previously shows a small nodule (3.0 × 1.5 cm) in the left third intercostal space(arrow). A chest radiograph (B) and CT scan (C) at the time of referral to our hospital, show a large left chest wall mass of 130-mm in size. Tumor has a fluid component and calcification inside.
