Step by step of the recurrent VSP surgery. (A) L-Patch tied in the LV free wall and interventricular septum. (B) R-Patch was attached to the interventricular septum and tied with continuous suture. (C) RV incision was closed with felt, using mattress suture and double with continuous suture. (D) Threads were passed from the LV through the VSD to the LV free wall, and from the LV to the RV through the interventricular septum. (E) Five threads were used to attach the L-Patch.
